Clarity! is a boutique consultancy that specializes in online stakeholder communications. We use indepth international research to provide companies with action-oriented recommendations for their Web-based communications and reporting.

Since we are independent of the website building and services business, we are able to provide you with unbiased recommendations and guidance. Our principals have over 30 years experience in investor communications, crisis communications, media relations, sustainability reporting, user experience and web credibility. We have been advising well-known companies around the world about Web-based communications since 2000.

Clarity! also publishes IRWebReport.com, the world’s foremost resource for research and intelligence about online investor relations communications.

An objective analysis by Clarity! of early compensation discussion and analysis sections of U.S. companies' proxy statements finds they have average readability comparable to an academic text or law journal. This is despite regulations requiring them to be in plain English. more

Achievements

Clarity!'s guidelines and recommendations have informed the criteria for a number of industry awards and rankings programs. For example, our guidelines are cited by the UK IR Society's IR Best Practice Awards and have been used by the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' Corporate Reporting Awards.
Our principals have presented at a variety of industry events, including several seminars for the National Investor Relations Institute in the United States and for the Canadian Investor Relations Institute. They have also written articles or been quoted by investor relations publications such as Bloomberg, IR Magazine, Real IR, NIRI's IR Update and CFO Magazine.
In June 2005, the Investors Chronicle, part of the Financial Times group, rated Clarity's IRWebReport.com initiative "the best no-axe-to-grind, no-feet-to-kiss assessor of corporate reporting on the Internet."
