Clarity! regularly conducts a detailed side-by-side comparison of the company’s corporate website to 10 peer companies internationally. Our reports guide the company’s web development plans for the following 12 to 18 months. Since engaging us, the company has won or been shortlisted for the leading online corporate reporting awards in its home market for the past four years.
- RFP review that saved more than money. An outside director of a not-for-profit organization approached us for a second opinion on an RFP prepared by management. We identified a major gap in management’s proposal that spared the organization and its board potential international embarrassment and legal liability. We also identified unique sponsorship opportunities for the not-for-profit.
- Best practice briefing for a new executive. A newly-appointed executive at an award-winning company needed a briefing on his company’s current web communication strengths and key issues that he would need to consider in the future. In a 20-page report, we helped him understand why his company was winning kudos for its web communications and outlined the major regulatory, technology and audience trends he would need to consider to ensure the company continued to win acclaim.
- Ease of use review for a big pension fund. Representing hundreds of thousands of workers and retirees, the pension fund needed to be sure it’s website worked effectively for the broadest possible cross-section of the online population. The review identified key shortcomings in the site’s navigation scheme and usability. After making the recommended changes, a user survey showed a 78% increase in user satisfaction with the site.
